Centro & Quadrilatero
Piano Nobile, Via Lagrange
Four bedrooms on the first floor of a 1780s palazzo, ceilings at 4.4 metres, two windows onto the piazza.
€1.2m
Three bedrooms behind a listed 1904 facade, with the original stained glass intact.

Cit Turin's Liberty stock is mostly admired from the pavement. This one you can live in: a 1904 building two streets from Casa Fenoglio, second floor, with the stair window, the entrance-hall glazing and the floral ironwork on the balconies all original and all intact.
Inside, a 2017 renovation kept the decorative plasterwork and the cement-tile floors in the hall and reception, and modernised everything else without pretending the flat was built yesterday. The result is a sane balance: period rooms where period matters, a straightforward kitchen and bathrooms where it does not.
The facade is listed, which constrains what can be changed outside and is the reason the street still looks like this. Interior works need the usual notifications; we have the architect who did the 2017 job and can give you real numbers before you commit.
