We only sell Turin

One city, six districts, and fifteen years of paying attention to them.

Our story

Turin Real Estate opened in 2011 on a simple observation: this city has the building stock of a former royal capital and the prices of a provincial one, and almost nobody was explaining the difference to buyers honestly.

At the time the centre was still emptying out and the Liberty quarter around Porta Susa was somewhere you passed through. Then the high-speed line opened, the Quadrilatero filled with restaurants, Cit Turin was restored building by building, and the hill became somewhere people commuted from rather than retired to. We were here for all of it, and we kept the records.

We are deliberately small. We do not list what we have not walked. We do not quote a price per square metre we cannot show you the basis for. When a street is overpriced we say so, including when we have a listing on it.

How we work

01

One city, in depth

We do not sell in Milan or on the Ligurian coast. Everything we know is between the Alps and the Po, and that is the whole point.

02

Verified before listed

Every home is visited, measured and checked against its cadastral plan before it reaches this site. If we cannot verify it, it is not here.

03

Data you can audit

We publish what our price-per-metre figures are based on, and we publish them every quarter whether or not they flatter the market.

04

Advice that survives the sale

Most of our business comes from people we sold to years ago, or the friends they sent. That only works if the advice was right the first time.
